Your calculator answers remain in your browser unless you choose to submit an inquiry. Lianest does not require an account to generate an educational result.
Information you choose to submit
A review request may include your name, date of birth, WhatsApp number, email address, selected service, calculator assumptions and generated result. This information is stored in the Lianest inquiry system and may be emailed to Mark Anthony N. Tan so your request can be answered. If you provide an email address, a confirmation may also be sent to you.
How information is used
- Respond to your requested gap analysis, quotation or retirement review.
- Understand the assumptions and result you asked to discuss.
- Maintain reasonable inquiry and compliance records.
- Protect the service from misuse and technical problems.
Anonymous measurement
Lianest may measure anonymous events such as a Financial Prescription being generated or a review form being opened. Names, dates of birth, contact details, income, coverage amounts and calculated results are not included in these analytics events.
Sharing and selling
Lianest does not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, store inquiries and deliver email notifications, subject to their security and privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is kept only while reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing markanthonyntan@yahoo.com. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing for the requested review.
